If I had to deal with the attitudes and actions of many blacks, I would be embarrassed as a black man too.
He isn't even a Patrolman, he spends his time doing interviews and sitting behind his comfy Desk. He doesn't even deal with the types of people he talks down upon. And what makes it worst is he is in a much better position than Uncle Ben Carson and Juan Williams to ACTUALLY make a change within the community. Milwaukee has gone down into the tubes under his watch but instead of taking blame for his lazy policing, he searches for excuses and plays the blame game.
It's worked out well for Bryant gumble,al roker, Juan Williams, Colin Powell, Ben Carson. Etc. Do you know any uncle Toms that aren't successful fever?

Once again just because your successful doesn't make you an Uncle Tom. Bryant Gamble is the Man, I respect Colin Powell even though he should have got himself involved with Politics. Al Roker is a jigaboo but I wouldn't call him an Uncle Tom.
37 years as a law enforcement officer (you almost lived in your mom's basement that long). Started at the bottom and worked his way up from patrolman (11 years). A decorated law enforcement officer (registered Democrat). It never fails. Yet another proven successful black man, doing more for his community than you ever could, being labeled a "failure" by someone who didn't stop sucking mommy's tits until he was 28.
Lets also understand the fact that as a Sheriff of a county, he may have very little effect on overall crime rate of the city that's in it. But those are details your brain probably cant comprehend. "Lazy" policing? What do you want. More black men incarcerations? You are a hypocrite tool.
Its easy to see why he's an uncle tom to the hood dwellers. He knows how to speak coherently and most likely spell correctly.

How the hell did Colin Powell not get involved into politics? He was the Secretary of State which is a political position and is considered one of the 4 most important cabinet positions. As for Roker see below.

There is plenty of Generals who just keep it to the military, That is was Colin Powell was great at. When the Persian Gulf War happened, I felt proud seeing a Black Man leading the Military and a lot of others did too. His mistake was going to the political sphere as Sec. of State. He isn't viewed even as close as the Man he was in 1990.

He isn't as respected as he was because he backed a man with no qualifications to be president. Backed him only because he was/is black.
