I am not talking about Laws on the books. I am talking about the people who feel in 2015 still think it is 1915 and think it is right to be racist towards other races. I mean look at Donald Trump, he feels he can stand up say what he want and not feel any repercussions. And he isn't the only 1.

tjere is a huge difference between racist rednecks and institutional racism such as Jim Crow
