That's an interesting graph, and a perfect example of how terrible lawyers will talk and talk (or, in this case, write and write), yet convey nothing. It's the Kamala Harris word salad model. Just say a bunch of shit and hope you confuse the sheep into thinking you're saying something. And the morons in society will fall for it 90% of the time. "Well, she said a lot and used some big words, she must be smart." When in reality, the exact opposite is true. A good attorney, professor, or intelligent person in general, is able to relay a point through the least confusing means possible and in a way that the average person can understand. Which typically requires less, not more.
