Back in 7th grade when I saw those political platforms written in my civics book, I chose Republican. Lower taxes, fewer handouts, work for your keep and keep what you earn. The Democrat party is higher taxes, more handouts, give away more of your keep.

And this is the important issue. Not guns, gays, God, immigrants, Muslims, abortions, wives' pissing matches, etc.

I still stick with Trump even on this, because he's the only Republican who will fight valiantly against the Democrats. It's likely a losing battle.
