Betting in week 1 is a crap shoot, but a few lines I like on this list...

VT over ODU (cover the 6)
Nevada beats Texas State (covers the 1)
Coastal beats Army (covers the 2)

Betting I-AA @ I-A is always a crap shoot. Yeah, they are going to win, but they won’t give you a money line, just the points line, and you never know.

It says a lot about both VPI and UNC that they are playing at in-state G5 teams and the games are close. Both must just be pure crud this year.

I never bet the service academies until I see a few games. No redshirts, never know who is out there. Usually one of the three is pretty good.

I would take Liberty, Ole Miss, and JMU on the points line.

College football betting is full of bad beats, especially early in the year... I had a 5-leg parlay last night that lost because Oklahoma State put in their scrubs in the fourth quarter and gave up two quick TDs to Central Michigan. They won by 14, but didn't cover 21.

F--- garbage time touchdowns, lol.

WVU +8 -- Check
Missouri -14 -- Check
Tennessee -36 -- Check
Penn State -3.5 -- Check (barely)
Oklahoma State -21 -- Beat
