Had a blast at Quail Hollow. Field was a lot weaker than last year. Not a lot of big names, and the big hole was really in the "Tier II" golfers.

Still had a good time and got to see Phil hit it in the water on 7. Also got to see a fist fight, which is always a plus.

Sergio Garcia, Rory McIlroy, and Tony Finau on #5

I’m looking forward to Memorial in four weeks. With Tiger in the field and fresh off his major victory, I expect the crowd to be pretty heavy.

I have the perfect weekend planned. I play Cook’s Creek on the way up on Friday with a friend while the wives hit Easton. Meet up later for dinner and hit the tournament early Saturday and Sunday. I’ll be against the ropes Sunday for the final groups and then be back in Ona by 9:30.

Life is good.

I’m sure you’re not taking any time off from teaching the youth of America to go on another vacation

Played Crooks Corner many years ago. It was a very fun course.

Have you ever participated in church league softball? There are some donnybrooks in those games.

When I was younger I played in several softball leagues including a church league. There were more arguing and bickering in the church league than any of them.

Maybe you affiliated with the wrong churches.

I'm interested in the defense of why a preacher should enjoy 2 or more of God's creation physically attacking and hurting each other....

I genuinely feel sorry for you.

We're not going to get sucked into your petty self-owning this morning. We are going to enjoy our Saturdays. Hope you do as well.

You're not going to defend your enjoying people fighting? I was so looking forward to the explanation.

I still can’t get past the part where God created them with the propensity to do so.

I've seen plenty of whoop-ass delivered in anger in sports. I don't mean fighting against the rules or playing dirty, either. Yes, this is legal.

I missed the part where someone in this thread said they didn't see anger at times in sports. I did see where someone in this thread said a fight at a golf game is always a plus. It wasn't a boxing match, football game, or any other sport, it was a fist fight.

Or maybe people who went to those churches were no different than anyone else in the world.

If you're being honest that there was more bickering in a church league than any other league, and those people were no different than anyone else in the world, maybe they weren't actually a member of the Church.

If you were going to create a living being, would you create one with free will, or would you create one that thoughtlessly obeyed it's programming?

I missed the part where you used in anger as a qualifier.

Actually no, I didn't miss it. That's exactly what you used as a qualifier.
