What a TOTAL Jacka$$

Dip sht made his name at a mid major. He used to whine incessantly about Ohio state ducking him.
College basketball does not have near the talent difference from the big schools and the high mid majors that football does. His position is an absolute joke. The whole reason that half the people watch the NCAA tournament is due to seeing the little guy play against the big guys on a neutral court not always at the big guys gym. I know people that don’t know anything about basketball have a bracket and watch the tournament

The pre season number 1 ranked team in the country is from a mid major conference. I understand that nobody considers Gonzaga to be a mid major but their conference is. There is a lot of high quality mid major talent in college basketball that can play with anybody. Xavier, Dayton, Butler just to name a few. There are way more than that.

Have another drink Bob, douchebag,

I agree the last thing you want is Zaga or Butler screwing things up!

Why are they there anyways?

Why would a coach in the mid-major Big 12 3.0 want his mid-major conference excluded from the tournament?

Remember, its a Power 4 now.

Well Basketball is a different animal. The playing field is much more level. If you can somehow recruit 3-4 studs you can make a run if things fall into place. In football you need 20-30 which is way harder IMO. In other words the popularity of March Madness is way bigger than that douchebag in morganhole

There is no “Power 5” in basketball. The Big East is often better than half of the conferences who fall under that football label. The #1 team last season (& will be this season) was Gonzaga, of the WCC, who got upset by a school from a “Power 5” conference in the title game. The WCC was ranked lower than the AAC by Jeff Sagarin.

Right?

Also, Baylor won the NC last year. I mean, that's kind of a big deal. Last I checked they are still in the Big 12.

Also also, I heard Kansas may be thinking of starting up a basketball program. I see big things for them in the future.

Also also also, Houston was a #2 seed in the tournament last year and made the final four. I heard they will be joining the Big 12 in the near future. Cincinnati, too. Heard they're usually decent.

But yeah, the Big 12 is and will always be a mid major in college basketball.
