Any tool used to assault someone is an assault weapon, simply a fact.

If you ban AR style rifles, him/her/it would have just taken in 3 pistols instead of 1.

It is WAY past time to put this out here again; an assault rifle is a specific type of small arm- an assault weapon is a made up term by the mainstream media. Got it ?

An assault weapon has to have selective fire between semi auto and full auto. An AR-15 is semi auto only and is a clone of an M-16 (which is select fire and an assault weapon)
