Looks like this is a done deal, Huff to USM and a certain WV native currently coaching in the ACC to Marshall. Do you find it odd that we're letting our sitting head coach who will more than likely take a lot of our current players with him to his new school and be a competitor IN CONFERENCE coach to the tile game? What say you?

Don't you think Huff sees a conference championship as another way to increase his stock? I'm sure he's doing it partly for his players but he's been focused on moving up the ladder the entire time he's been with us.
I think until it's a signed and approved contract, he and his agent will continue looking at other potential openings.

Unless your job performance on that last day can earn you $50k. Huff gets a bonus if he wins Saturday.
Huff definitely cares. He wants to climb the coaching ladder (and there is nothing wrong with that). A conference championship would look good on his resume for potential future jobs. The bonus doesn't hurt either.

Haven’t you been following the news? They can’t even find enough girls to play volleyball so they have to play guys who believe they are girls. Must be impossible to find a coach.
