Where the f#&k are the Republicans?!?!

Thanks for proving my point. Her being at the chavis center is in direct violation of that statute soliciting votes

She was standing there with Hillary signs all around her talking with Voters. I looked over the site from Google maps. Its very close to the road and she didnt stay at the road. Not allowed. I agree with the 100 yard thing.
and, we all know how good you are with google maps!

Was she within the 50' buffer zone? As I said earlier the article I read said she was several hundred feet away.

The buffer zone can even be 25' according to the link he posted.

Now why would they allow a shorter distance? To give room for electioneering, obviously. If a building is close to a street they are leaving room for it.

I had always voted in WV when I moved back to Indiana. It was a shock being handed pamphlets and shit and seeing candidates right out in front of the polling places. It's a tradition in some places. So was handing out booze at the polls in WV, that's why WV liquor stores are closed on Elecrion Day and probably why the WV buffer is 100 yards.

The Chavis Center is 50' The building and entrance is basically 50 feet from the road. 2 + 2 as our Colleague 30cat would say

Nope, russkies funding trump. Mostly comrade putin. They're good friends. Maybe the best of friends, even bros.

If a hooker dresses like a hooker, so much so there's no confusing what she's doing, & she stands near a street corner known for picking up hookers, then she's hooking. If Hillary or Trump are anywhere near a polling place, even if they're not saying or handing out certain things, then their mere presence is campaigning. Otherwise, they could just as easily file an absentee ballot.

How do you know Wal mart pays less? And, they do offer benefits.

I also bet they don't walk in one day and tell the cashiers and warehouse workers they are not on an hourly wage anymore.

Just wait until December 1st and the new dept of labor rules take effect

So is it a 50 or 25 foot buffer there? Does NC measure from the door or the actual voting area? You can't win this argument because you simply do not know enough too. Believe me, any state allowing electioneering at 50 feet wrote their laws to benefit the politician.

As your attorney, I advise you that isn't how that law is written ;)

All the handouts we can give and more is not going to solve this. Telling people how to get in a position to make it on their own is what we need.

People are too attached to places where nothing is. There's a lot of work to be done. Go where it is and do it. That even goes for a lot of these Trump supporters out in the middle of nowhere thinking he's going to reopen that plant. He won't. It's closed.

You live in woods. Either live off the land or go where the work is if you want money. Nope, rather just stand around with their mouths open waiting for a piddly check in the mail. And it is piddly compared to what you can get if you go where the work is.

NC has both but Chavis center is one of the 50 ftt ones. Im assuming that the 25ft ones are the building right next to sidewalk.

Campaign volunteers like to stand right at the entrance of my previous and current polling locations, it is extremely annoying.
