Exactly. Dude paid indentured servant like wages and failed to provide for the future of his craft to a minority. The way he stole money from his employees instead of properly compensating them for their labor.
You're a liar. Nothing more. The way he stole money from his employees instead of properly compensating them for their labor.
You're a liar. Nothing more.Exactly. Dude paid indentured servant like wages and failed to provide for the future of his craft to a minority.
Just curious, nothing more.
You missed the nicknaming era. It was pure lying on our part.
You're a liar.GREED is actually very generous with money, just not his own.
He was always crying about how the government should increase wages but then refused to give his own staff more than slave wages.
You're a liar and idiot. I offered to spend the time training others if the cons on this board would provide the machinery and building. You lying penny pinchers refused the offer and wanted me to provide the building, machinery, and time with my own money and time.He also wanted govt handouts to have a minority apprentice. He wouldn't do it himself unless uncle sugar paid him.
You lying penny pinchers refused the offer and wanted me to provide the building, machinery, and time with my own money and time.
Not only are you a liar, you're also just plain stupid. That falls on the business owner, unless you make them business partners and share the profits.
Snot is a liar. So the best he can do is not tell you the whole story. That new employee compensation plan was agreed upon as a trial run, and if it didn't work out we could go back to the original $/hr model. The truth of the matter is under the new plan the employees made more money in 13 of the 14 weeks it was in use, sometimes the pay nearly doubled for the week. And the 1 week that wasn't as much was about $14 less for the week than what they had originally been making. Bottom line...I was given the "greed" name because I paid my employees MORE than before. It requires certified idiots to call someone greed for paying more, but that's what happened. Here's the story. Greed got on here busting on Walmart and others businesses on hiw they didn't pay fair wages. Talked about how there should be unions and all that stuff.
Then he proceeded to tell us how he changed his employees compensation plan from an hourly wage to a commission plan. Not sales guys but guys who built things and made things.
He was given the nickname extragreed and greed is short for that.

He did this after lecturing us about Walmart and union wages and all that crap.
Then, he put skilled labor on commission not a guaranteed wage.
I get paid commission because I am in sales. I sell something I get commission. I don't work making things. He put guys who make it on commission. No guaranteed wage nor benefits but railed on other companies foe paying low wages and about their benefits.
Exactly, you idiot. I just posted that they made much more money under my plan, and the very reason I mentioned it on this board was because of the employees desire to go back to straight hourly pay. I couldn't understand that then, and I still don't understand it. My compensation plan was what I would prefer to work under, that is, get paid for my PRODUCTION, not the number of hours. And it's precisely the way I get paid NOW. You stupid lying idiots continue to attempt to make it sound like a bad thing when my plan paid them considerably more money. Under my plan they could have worked 9 months and made the same as they did working 12 months under the hourly wage. That's a 33% increase in pay. So, would an idiot like you turn that down?Paying wage workers on a commission scale worked so well.....he stopped paying them commission and went back to wages.
Which is exactly why I started the original thread. You stupid lying moron.Anyone believe an employee would decline a large increase in pay? Nope. Me either.
what, he lying about paying employees again? lying again? wanna know how i know he's lying? he's here, he's breathing. but, rest assured, the old bastard has an entire life time of truth in him. he has to because it's never come out.Anyone believe an employee would decline a large increase in pay? Nope. Me either.
