1)The courts and permananet state government run things. We send lawyers to the battelifield Gee can we do this or should we let them shoot at us first? Wow, court martial you shot the guy twice. While most everyone knows with a functioning reaonable brain that transgenders are not stable enough the courts can just over rule commanders. If we get into the shit and have to do a major war or operation are we going to let judges run things? Send lawyer to the front to see if you can shoot back?
