As far as I could tell ( up until they subbed out the whole bunch). The questions are, was somebody hurt?? Did they move him in there to get the best 5 on the field. Just asking. Tia

Josh Ball tweaked his knee so left the game, I'm pretty sure it was in the 3rd quarter. .

This seems like a good place to mention that today I got the chance to go back and take a little deeper look at Ulmer at G. I didn't grade each play, but I did focus on him through the first three quarters as a watched, and re-watched his play.

My take: I actually thought he played better at G than he has at T. At T he is sometimes vulnerable to the speed rusher. Inside, he didn't have to worry about that. He did get put on his ass a couple times. There are some big boys on the inside. But overall, I thought he did a pretty good job. He even did a decent job climbing to the next level. And remember, this is a player who hasn't been asked to play out of a three-point stance since he got here.

And don’t forget he’s a pretty good guitar player!! FWIW. I always seem to focus on him. I like the way he plays. He’s somebody iirc that early on people use to pick on, seems to be playing well now, though

Amen, Herdalicious. The fact that MU has been able to practice and play games without being restricted by covid is a tribute to the coaches and players being disciplined and staying focused on higher goals. I know it could blow up any day but so far they have gotten the job done. Hats off to Doc and his staff.
