The purpose of the minimum wage law was to set a wage that eliminates labor conditions that are detrimental to the maintenance of a minimum standard of living necessary for health, efficiency, and general well-being of workers.

Once again you miss the big point here. I, (and probably rifle) don't care what you are. I personally look at you the same way a scientist looks at his lab rats. There is nothing hilarious about it. Its pathetic reading your claims on here, when comparing what your mother was able to accomplish coming to this country with nothing (if that is true) and what you apparently turned into. I simply use your shared life "experience" to demonstrate to others (who actually may be willing to learn) why the attitudes and beliefs you share are usually myopic, misguided, or just flat out ignorant. You are the perfect test case for why people end up being miserable failures.

You said entitled. If the workers have ownership in the company, yes, then they are entitled to more. But to say they deserve/need/should have more of the cut is ridiculous. Why are they entitled to it? They risk anything? They make major decisions that affects the company? They are paid to "work" at certain levels in the company. To say a CEO should give up his pay and redistribute it to the workers is an entitlement mindset.
If risk is the basis for pay, then firefighters, law enforcement, and construction workers should make more than ceos.

Less than $200,000 from what I can find. Is that their average salary, or the average of all the benefits they receive? There's a number of ceos who get a $1 salary. Not many people, if any, are concerned about the pay of a ceo that makes a million dollars. That guy is likely not making 300 x what his employees are making.
