Well, yeah, that whole entire portion was focused on women embracing being a "homemaker" and not focusing on a career. That entire portion was urging them to focus on "homemaker" instead of career. It wasn't intended to both a man and woman focusing on family/homemaker. It was focused on women being homemakers, supporting their children and husband, and the husband having a career.
