So the Head Football Coach for the team who was the runner up in the FBS playoffs the Washington Huskies is leaving them to go and coach Alabama.
I’ll never say a word about NIL or the portal again. You played for the national championship you are in a P5 conference and are joining a better one next year. You make millions already and you are going to go to throw it all away for a few more bucks and a much harder way to get to the playoffs and a much harder fan base if you aren’t winning the SEC every year and playing and winning the national championship.
But hey he’s getting a bit more money. There is literally no loyalty at all in college football today. Players come and go year after year, coaches will leave successful P 5 programs for a few more bucks. It absolutely sucks.
So to the players I say do your thing , make as much as you can and transfer every year if you want. You will never hear another peep from me.
