I think I may agree with this

Idiots. While it may sound good guess what happens? They raise everybody's damn property taxes and especially anybody that is a landlord.

So let's say me and rifle form up a LLC and buy a house to rent. They will hammer our LLC. Just happened to a guy I work with. Hey let's get the landlords. Just hammered him and his son who bought a condo to fix up and rent.

This will have reverse consequences and also guess what? They will raise the rent to pay for the tax increases.

I think I may agree with this

This is all another "boogie man" argument. The same imbeciles trying to limit entities from buying housing are the same ones ignoring who actually impacts the price of homes the most: The Federal Reserve.

I agree with the Federal Reserve part. Don't forget recent increases in insurance, utilities and property taxes. Remember there are also "hidden" taxes built into insurance and utilities.

So keeping my corporation from buying investment property shouldn't be allowed? Should corporations be allowed to invest and build housing?

This is all another "boogie man" argument. The same imbeciles trying to limit entities from buying housing are the same ones ignoring who actually impacts the price of homes the most: The Federal Reserve.

Looks like it's for single family homes, not apt/condo complexes. And it doesn't keep them from buying it, it just puts a tax on it.

Nothing puts more skin in the game in seeing the community thrive than home ownership.

I don't want a world with a bunch of renters and corporations owning all the houses. We seem to be headed in that direction.

US Media: Trump Staged a Photo Op

Oh, let’s keep going . . . who had five military deferments thanks to his father’s wealth to avoid serving in the military, whose attorneys pay multiple six-figure settlements to porn stars/Playmates, who . . .
....who is barred from having a charity because he stole from his old charity to use the money to settle lawsuits against his private businesses. This happened immediately after he was soliciting donations for his charity "for veterans"....you know, suckers and losers.

I think I may agree with this

The status quo is just driving up the affordability of single-family homes. This is a contributing factor in the problems with squatters as well.

The numbers in Atlanta are crazy.

"Institutional investors make up over a third of recent single-family home purchases in metro Atlanta. In fact, three corporate landlords alone own almost 11% of the city's single-family rental market — over 19,000 homes — according to a recent study from Georgia State University and Rutgers University researchers."

If Abortion is your #1 issue

God knew you before you were born.
And God knew those people at Flat Creek were going to get hit by a 300 foot wide debris flow before they were born. Would have been nice if he told them before they had to die.

Which brings up this argument: wouldn't God already know a fetus was going to get aborted? Ain't religion weird?

US Media: Trump Staged a Photo Op

He's real, he's a candidate for the people.
Let’s make sure we all understand this:
A guy who was basically born a billionaire, who has made a career out of screwing over and defaulting on the little guy, who employs a team of accountants to create schemes around the tax code (learned from his father), who has filed for bankruptcy numerous times to avoid having to pay people he owes, who has been sued twice for racial discrimination, who has been convicted on 34 felonies, who has been found liable for the civil equivalency of rape, who has been married three times, and who is now married to an Eastern European who used to get paid to show her tits to guys is “real” and “a candidate for the people”?

Only a moron who would lie about his annual hotel spend amount in order to try and compete with a guy on a message board would be dumb enough to make that claim about trump.

Ryan Nutter Potential Impact for 2024-25

Really think Nutter is going to earn valuable minutes with his effort on defense. He has a knack for being around the ball and when you mix that with his good footwork, anticipation, chesting up, and overall activity it just bodes well to earn PT. He shot an abysmal 14% from downtown last year, but the shot looks good and by all accounts has shot well so far in training camp. I'm really optimistic about his bench minutes.

A defensive lineup of:

Nutter
J. Gibbs
Dawson
OAK
Martin

would be one of the best defensive units in the league.

US Media: Trump Staged a Photo Op

What the media and libs are so pissed about is that Trump, despite being a billionaire showed up, connected with the staff and customers. He is genuinely more appreciative than Kamala could ever be.
He's real, he's a candidate for the people. Not some manufactured installed phony like Harris. Some of these idiots would vote for a turnip if you put D in front of it
