If Abortion is your #1 issue

From the 2024 Libertarian Platform, Section 1.1:

"Individuals own their bodies and have rights over them that other individuals, groups, and governments may not violate."

Does that include individuals owning and having rights over their bodies while in the womb???

If not, why is it a murder charge if an unborn is killed???

"The law defines "child in utero" as "a member of the species Homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb."[1]"

She makes me sick. She presented herself as one thing her entire career, then goes out and marries a wannabe' "Swamp People" cast member.

No chance. He creates more opportunity for mockery. But I guess fast food is a rare place that a 34X convicted felon has a chance to get a job.

She did? When? Months ago, I saw her talking about her time working there.
It appears she never worked there.

So why do board bleaters not call out Commie-Toe when she's being racist?

My in-house counsel at a past company told me that lenders providing favoritism/benefits to minorities (based on either race or origin of nationality) was not an issue as long as favoritism/benefits were not being provided to the majority (whites). I can't recall if that was only applicable to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or elsewhere. Note, this attorney got her law degree from the same school that Michael Cohen went to that lost its accreditation, and I called her out on other legal errors that she made.

My limited experience with in house counsels is that they save you a ton of money on the small stuff (probably could be replaced with AI and a three digit IQ), but when a real legal issue arises they just say "we need to hire out on that."

So why do board bleaters not call out Commie-Toe when she's being racist?

But isn't it illegal (?civl rights act?) to give black men specific loans over other races. It's why she put "and others" in that statement to cover her tail.

Yeah, wave that race card
The Civil War was about states' rights, right?
Hmmm... I would say there is a liberal argument in the dissenting opinion
Beats me, I've never read the entire dissent.
It's a shame you're not smart enough to
It's a shame you are not smart enough to read the entire majority opinion. There's no returning it to the states without the substantive due process part, that's the precedent Dobbs is built on. But it's also not giving it to the states. It's a resetting of a prior status quo. Again, nothing here resets the Supremacy Clause.

It's a shame you're not smart enough to realize you're a liberal and not a "libertarian"....And for your and other liberals' argument that we are somehow disenfranchising women...
Funny we'd be on the topic of abortion (sorta, the topic is also your poor reading and logic skills). Remember the last time you didn't know what the L party believes in? Here you go again.

So Slapnuts, once again you can put on the hat.

Which kinda looks like that States' Rights hat. It's the circle of life!
""Women are not without electoral or political power," he said. "It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast ballots is consistently higher than the percentage of men who do so.""
Funny, that doesn't say "electoral or political power in only state elections." There's a reason for that. Then again, Dobbs also quotes a man who believed in witches and believed a husband could not rape his wife, which are nutty thoughts. Do you believe witches are real? Can a man rape his wife? Inquiring minds want to know!

I don't know about her marriage (I thought it was fake, was it real?)...she's just one of the very few female singers I like.

She did it first though. And look at that vape, she’s a real one.

It was ridiculous but it was a media win IMO.

Kamala lied about her employment at McDonalds.

It matters when and where you get in. In 2015, I was one of about a dozen investors in a company that was going to be one of 10 groups awarded a marijuana license to grow in Ohio if the initiative passed. Nick Lachey of the boy band 98 Degrees and former NBA player Oscar Robertson were two of the other investors. I was introduced to it via my friendship with one of Nick's bandmates. My investment was relatively small considering what was expected to be 10% (each licensed company's share) of a $1 billion annual industry in the state. The proposition barely got voted down. Had it been approved, Herdman and Michigan would each be massaging one of my feet right now. I believe Ohio just passed a different but related proposition within the last few years.

She said she was going to work to make sure job opportunities and/or investments existed for blacks in the industry. Giving 20k of loans for entrepreneurs could help with that.

But do you know who would and did say such a thing? Nick Goff of Huntington. Glad you're acknowledging that he is a racist. Now, if only @big_country90 , @ThunderCat98 , and @Rock98Dog had some morals and a backbone, we may be able to get somewhere.

But isn't it illegal (?civl rights act?) to give black men specific loans over other races. It's why she put "and others" in that statement to cover her tail.

So it's basically just saying "hey I know you guys love the pot so you too can invest in it now", no? it's not legal for her to give them specifically money for it versus other races, right?

So what Kamala is saying is just a nicer way of saying "they smell like pot." I mean I know that's kind of a stretch but it comes down to she can't legally give them money over other races, so she's just going to talk about stuff they're interested in ...like pot.
