As I have mentioned for years, with the help of some pills, I'd bang Roseanne Barr if the opportunity arose, just because it would make for a good story. I have a decent list of A-listers (one) and B-listers (a handful) I have had relations with, and it's really starting to take off with the help of Raya. This week, I am supposed to meet with a former huge pop star. The problem is that she was huge when I was 10-15 years old. She's very petite, so the body looks good. She has never had children, so I don't have to worry about anything being stretched out or looking like a deli sandwich.

So what age is too old for me to fill her slot? Does it matter if she smells like Bengay?

A few nights ago, I posted a bunch of pictures of me in spandex pants. Within hours, many of the pictures had 20+ views, meaning people clicked on them to get a better look. A few hours ago, I posted a thread on the HN board with a bunch of bikini pics of an attractive Marshall alum. Even though the thread has been viewed nearly 200 times, each picture has only been clicked on twice.

This proves my point about some of the obsession your morons have with me. You'd rather get an up close look at my junk in spandex pants over seeing a hot 20-something's camel-toe or nips.

A few days ago, I was raking the bank of the small creek that passes through my property. The rake caught this pictured item that was partially submerged in the water. I cleaned it off a bit and have shown it to a number of people in a range of professions. No one knows what it is.

It is light weight, is built around what appears to be a piston, and has a few markings on it that are so worn as to be indecipherable. There is mining, farming, timbering, and ranching in this area, but people in those occupations just look at it and shake their heads.

I would be interested to hear the board insight. And no, Rifle, it is not a shower head.

A month ago, Biden was at 37% approval which was 5 points lower than Trump at this point in their Presidencies. In the month since, Biden saw a noticeable uptick in his approval numbers which have since dropped back to a 37%. At this point in their Presidencies, Trump is ahead by 2.5 points. For July 2020, Trump never dropped below 39% & his numbers pretty much stayed in the low 40's right up near the end. Even then they bottomed out at 38%.

Biden very well could drop down to 36% or lower. I didn't think Biden was gonna win another term before the debate exposed the world's most openly known secret about Joe's cognitive decline. If he quits & Kamala gets the nod, something tells me she's not gonnna make a pick that makes voters feel good about electing her (someone who will 100% overshadow her.)

Migrant accused of raping teen released on $500 bail despite ICE's calls to hand him over to the agency

It was announced this morning in the HD that almost 5 acres of the ACF Property (old baseball stadium location) sold, and a LOI to develop another 10 acres (ACF property adjacent to current stadium) was signed.

Interstate Development out of Bristol, TN purchased the old baseball location, and Sak Capital Partners, a national development firm out of Alabama purchased the 10 acres.

Sak put out a press release that their plan is multiple story student housing/residential, along with retail. HMDA and Sak are currently doing their study and utility work. Sak said that their plan is for this to be the "eastern gateway into Marshall".

There weren't any comments on the Interstate plans. Have to assume those will come out later.
