Let's explain common sense to Middle Class Murox: I have, multiple times, mentioned how lenders only require me to put 5% down due to my credit, income, and equity amount in other properties. Even a jumbo loan was approved with 5% down, which according to my realtor, was one of the few times he has seen it.

So if I put 5% down on this property 14 months ago (the other one was 16 months ago), it's only going to grow to around 6% (close to what the graphic shows.

How can I likely not afford the payments? Do you have any remote idea how much income I earn in a year? How much I am worth from that sale of my last company, my savings and investments since 2009, not to mention the other company I still own part of (ask to see the video of our new corporate office - I took a video the last time that I was there a few months ago, and I will be back there for a board meeting in two weeks).
