The Army Chief Of Staff and Marine Corps Commandant testified yesterday before the Senate and recommended that women now should sign up for the draft. Since women are now allowed to be in combat arms roles, your daughters are now going to be on the roll call for duty if the nation has a draft again.

I bet if we instituted the draft again it would end some of this nonsense.

Oh your little Susy was going off to Marshall to get a teacher's degree. Nope welcome to the Infantry.

But, daddyyy, Dadddy, Sorry honey and liberal daddy. You wanted equal rights.

I agree 100% if equal rights is what this whole thing is about then they should be given equal treatment. And it starts with registering for the draft. I make this very same argument with women when they get into this topic. The answer is always the same "well that's different those women didn't choose to enlist." Well, neither did most men from the 60's is my response.
