Honestly, might not be that bad of a job. Low expectations, Lawrence will have a year under his belt, Etienne will be back, and should be in position for a pretty good player via the 1st round again.

It could really the best situation for Bryon, Trevor and the Jaguar team. A coach that knows how to teach a potential up and coming young QB and a coach that players respect, especially with what he has done with the Bucs.
