Shit. gonna make Greed upset. He is laying off employees and your company is building new houses (obviously with cabinets) from the ground up. Wonder if he's ever offered a product to the unfortunate like this?

True. The overall cost of hiring employees is expensive. So, we have automated some things in terms of accounting, billing, etc. Cut the overhead of employee cost. Cut in some other areas and some positions are through temp agency or reduced to part time.
I am insane? 250k is the number and that goes up if we hire employees.
But, being good citizens we give back to the community and those that are here have a decent insurance plan. Of course the employee premiums went up each month as well. They have shared in the pain.

That insurance premiums go up is a fact. That Obamacare is the cause of your company not hiring is a lie. Insurance premiums went up faster in the years previous to Obamacare. Here's the deal...if your company is not hiring it's because there's not enough demand for your services to justify new hires.
Yep, work contracted into June. Have 4 more jobs to quote right now. 3 out of those 4 will probably come through since they are repeat customers. However, you may be laid off tomorrow.
