Brad is looking at this as a corporate guy. If I have an employee I know is always out looking for his next job I would let him walk too. You either eat the pain now or later. It’s best to get the distracted employee out because they can become a distraction, or worse, toxic and affect others performance.

I would guess that’s why it’s been reported that the extension offer to Huff had one sided buy out provisions. That’s an “either you’re in or you’re out, we aren’t playing this game every year” clause.
