Just a few short years ago libs celebrated states rights when NY expanded its abortion law. They must have completely forgot about that. That's the problem with liberals, they're just so damn stupid.

Exactly. For the purposes of this argument I am not advocating pro choice or prolife. However Roe V is wade was incorrectly adjudicated. It was carved out of nothing. Reading through the judgement the correct call, then and now should be codified by elected representatives and not the court. The court is for interpreting the laws to make sure they are constitutional not writing new laws cause they feel like it.
