We had a guy at work(not me by the way) that sent out a stupid meme(it was actually funny as shit). It could have been perceived as radcist and sexist. The young millenial women raised all kinds of hell. Company President stood by the guy and didn't fire him. He said he would deal with it and not ruin the guys career over a one time response to an email. 90% laughed at it, but two or three pansy millenial women raised hell. Most of these organizations today would have caved. I was actually kind of proud ot. They dealt with it and moved on. Ends up both millenials women that raised hell ended up leaving. So, normally they would have fired a guy who was a valuable employee and had been there over 20 years. That is the way it should be.
