FBI probe complete. What will the new narrative be?

Not good enough? Not thorough enough? Administration curtailed the investigation (because the FBI and Trump have such good rapport)? Should have investigated his alcohol use? All the above?

there will be a new one....and the thoughtless libiots we have on this board will immediately repeat it.

They will just move on to the next faux outrage.

too short, didn't leave dems enough stall time to keep kav out so they could appoint the position in 2025. problem is, if they keep acting like they have been, they may never see the white house again in my life time. damn shame. they're losing a lot of the moderate dems with all the bullshit, as @mlblack16. put it, faux outrage over everything.

how many of you libs posting on this board have a monthly meeting with a shrink? if you don't, you should. dtard's should be weekly.

Come on man. He drank some beers and threw ice at somebody in a bar.

Nobody does that, and gets away with it, except for Raoul, who claims he was never an asshole, well, at least not before he became a prestigious message board moderator.

Of course it wasn't.

It's a sham.

Over 40 people came forward requesting to be interviewed to corroborate Ms. Ramirez claims yet NONE of them were questioned. Hell, they didn't even question Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. Don't you think she might have had more information to provide that she might not have wanted to provide on national television? Maybe, maybe not. But the only way you find out is to ask her. They didn't even question Kavanaugh. They didn't even question his college roommate. They didn't question anyone whom they suspected might provide testimony detrimental to Kavanaugh's character.

They had a week but completed it in 5 days. Bullshit. Before the report was complete and before it was provided to anyone, f'ucking turtle man was calling for a vote. Everyone knows what this charade is. It is a game to provide cover for the three Senators, Flake, Murkowski and Collins in case they decide to confirm. You're a paralegal; ask one of your attorney friends who will be honest with you.

Speaking of that little psycho, what do you bet he's already trashed his room again when he read this bit of news?

Someone is going to have to invent something beyond ALL CAPS so dtard can truly express his RAGE online.

She certainly wasn't holding back then, why would she if questioned again later? The only thing that would have done would give her more time to make more accusations of which she would be unable to recollect any details of merit, whatsoever.

If you guys wanted to accomplish this, you should have found someone who was better at lying. This lady was an amateur.

Ford was asked twice, under oath, if she had any thing else to add. She answered no twice.
If being on tv was a reason to hold back blame DF who started this whole SS weeks ago. That old bag is beyond contempt.

In an investigation, you don't go down every rabbit hole that pops up. Investigators don't have the time or resources to chase shadows. You go to the people that supposedly have first-hand information of the allegations. If they are credible and provide the names of people that can support their account, you follow-up with those people. If they don't have any knowledge or information, you end it there. It's a little too soon to say, but it appears that's what happened here.

As for questioning Ford, why would they do that? She had already been grilled, under oath, by a federal prosecutor. What could they possibly ask or learn that she hasn't already provided?

As for character witnesses, what has that got to do with anything? That was something that was already examined during the first go-round. The sole purpose of reopening the investigation was to address specific conduct that was alleged to have occurred. The FBI did that. They apparently didn't find anything. It's time to move on.

We can agree on the whole thing being a "sham" - just not in the way you want it to be. The sham is the continued attempted delay tactics by the Dems. The show is over. Time to vote.

And you all don't think this is a sham?

LMAO!

The rules
  • This FBI's work is not public. It will likely never be public. There will be no summary. There will be no release.
  • There are 109 people who have clearance to access what was delivered to Capitol Hill at 2:30 Thursday morning -- 100 senators, four majority committee staffers and four minority committee staffers, one committee clerk. That's it.
  • There is a single copy of the FBI's findings. It is currently in a vault, in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility -- or SCIF, if you'd like to use the Washington short hand. It cannot leave the room.
  • Senators can't bring their phones into the SCIF when they go to review the documents. If they take notes, the notes must be left in the room when the senator leaves.
  • Senators are not allowed to discuss or characterize in detail what they've read (though they most certainly will try.)

I've been quite honest that I used to be an asshole. But I've never been a pole smoker like you and everybody else from Michigan...which begs the question: is 88 from there too?

Because those are the rules that have been in place since the democrat majority agreed to them with Obama’s in 2009?

hell yes, this has been a sham. and, for libs to deny the fact that the sham is only to delay the process so the dems can get someone of their ilk onto the seat trump has appointed kav to only tells us what we already knew: yous some mentally deranged lying motherfvckers.

The point is the left has already been "united". According to poli sci experts....since Trump was elected...….."The Blue Wave"???
absolutely, make no mistake, the left has been super united since . . .

well, except for the new wave of lefties who are leaving the party due to the shenanigans the ultra left mentally deranged liberals have been pulling. i've been reading comments on a couple different national forums about a new wave sweeping democrat nation. something to do with changing parties because of the embarrassment of being associated with the bullshit the libs have pulled.

And if he is confirmed, it will unite the left. What's your point?

As stated, the left has been energized/united in their hated for Trump for some time now. All they've managed to do through this is debacle is reinvigorate a republican base that had been apathetic because they assumed they'd lose the house. The meme Fan posted isn't incorrect. It's stupid sh*t like this from thet dems that led to the current administration to begin with. They would be well-served to stop with the social justice bullsh*t and go more moderate. If they did that, the Repubs wouldn't be able to touch them. Instead, they keep pandering to a base that a good deal of the country finds absurd, leading to people like Trump bring elected.

Because there would be nothing to gain, but a bunch of individuals who received high scores on the LSAT interpreting the findings and creating more BS from it. You are Joe Schmo, citizen. What you aren't allowed/authorized to see the government could almost squeeze into the Grand Canyon.

Which is a strategy that I personally LOVE, because, outside of NY and CA, it will yield the lowest percentage of votes, and keep Republicans in charge for years to come.

Do most people, even the base, really think about losing or winning the House?

I've seen more pissed off people over this Kavanaugh thing on the left than at any other time during the Trump administration. Granted, that's among the 1000 or so people I have some form of contact with. But yeesh, they are pissed.

The lady in the front row, 2nd seat from the left.....is the next accuser. The seat behind her was occupied by Kavanaugh. He's passed out drunk in the floor, grabbing her rear. This night has caused emotional trauma she will never recover from!

I have never ever seen such a display of childish behavior as I have the last 18 mo from the liberals. I mean just when you think they can't go lower they find a way. I mean they lie about Brett and then get a FBI investigation. It turns up a big nothing burger and they cry again. I am reading in several national chat rooms where many democrats are super embarrassed about how bad they are.#walkaway

Nope. Not the wrong experts. The same ones that predicted "The Blue Wave".

shocking. You know 1000 libs who are really mad? Christ. When are they not pissed off at being victimized? It's central to their platform.

Retired Supreme Court Justice Stevens, a Republican, has said publicly that Kavanaugh should be disqualified. The American Bar Association opposes his nomination. Over 1200 law professors across the country have opposed his nomination.

No the amaerican bar association does not oppose his nomination. Who cares what professors think about his nomination. They were never going to approve of him anyway. Stevens doesn’t have a say either
