Let's look at past history of the Obama administration:

• Used the IRS to get info and cause distress to opposition groups
• Covered up Benghazi and flat out lied to the American People to win an election

Those are just 2 instances where the past administration used the government agencies for political purposes. Based on this, YES is my answer. However, unlike yourself, I will wait for the facts to come out.

The administration knowingly framed an innocent American citizen for inciting the attacks that killed an ambassador. So there's that.
