Kinsey is probably the most exciting player we have had in a long, long time. Johnny Thomas is the last highlight dunker I can remember. As this guy progresses he's gonna be amazing.

The kid has highlight potential on every touch... needs to keep working on his jumper and playing better positional defense (hes already a good individual defender).
Yeah bleeds! The kids personality shows up all over the court. He can definitely be a difference maker, even as a true frosh! If anybody but Dan D’Antoni and this staff were his coaches, I would worry about him getting carried away w/himself. Dan is the man!
I really liked how late in the game it seemed like they made a point to have Kinsey with the ball running the offense some. This is a part of his game that with more experience could help him develope from a freak athlete that can jump out of the gym to a more dangerous all around basketball player.
I can see that... I would imagine that the system will stay the same and we will play 3 guards who can all bring the ball up. Kinsey looks like a nice replacement for Burks. I think Kinsey is a little more athletic than CJ (quicker, higher jumper) the question is can he develop his outside game to match his transition game.
On a side note, I saw that DD signed Dajour Rucker as our first recruit for 2019 yesterday... I try really hard not to get excited about kids still playing in high school, but that is a great pickup. Rucker is a 6'6 combo wing that likely isn't done growing (will probably be a PF in college). He can shoot the three a little bit, but his real strength is getting to the rim.
