No where in the constitution does it say children born to parents that are here illegally, are automatically granted citizenship. In fact, the constitution grants sole discretion to congress in adopting laws of naturalization. Article 1, Sec 8. Clause 4.

Nothing in the constitution says a child born to illegal immigrants in the United States has to be considered a citizen. Congress is given the authority in the Constitution to determine such law on which to place such a policy if desired.
