Today my kids were kept home from school. A threat from a ISIS account was posted on social media threatening all America students at OU and Athens county.

How so? If West Virginia has a higher percentage of people that were in the military than average, would that not mean more "trained" men?

Nah. Part of the job application process is an IQ test. If someone gets below 75, I know they're either a terrorist or a conservative. I don't hire either.
