Hillary had federal classified emails on a private server in her residence/property. Not sure any state would have any juristiction over that. The State Dept could have persued it along with the FBI and perhaps other agencies. But, nothing. That doesn't involve a state at all. That would be purely federal. THey are not going to touch one of their own. Now if she would have been regular employee or a joe in the military, she would be in federal prison.
