I wish him well, 100%. But you can bet a bunch of us will be watching to see how he does "stepping up" to VT, all year long. So far, it's not so good. And while today's opponent was lacking, I think we traded up on this deal...nothing I saw today makes me think Colombi throws 4 picks against a SBC team that was 6-7 last season.

Yeah, I don't wish any harm on the kid and hope he has success in life. But it also feels validating when you were yelled at the last 2 seasons that he was "really good" and it was everyone else's fault. He's not a D1 starting QB, at least not a good one.

I was threatened to be banned, called a “non fan” was asked by many on here “how I could say those things about a kid?” Etc, etc, etc When all I really said was he’s not a very good QB, the stats showed that and yet…. Here, We Are….

I believe Pennington threw six interceptions in his first start, but he grew from that to be outstanding. Wells started with such potential, but seemed to regress.

I never will understand that. These “kids” are freaking adults that are getting a free education and now many are getting paid or benefits of some sort on top of that. Just because they can’t handle the pressure doesn’t mean they are “kids”. He sucks. If another “kid” in their 20’s sucks at their job, they get fired.
