June 6

Fine:

Based on cheeto's comments disparaging POWs, do you think he would mock those soldiers in the grave at Normandy that you posted due to them being captured/killed?

That question fits your D-Day rule.
Your question is a hypothetical and does not fit the criteria.

Your criteria was simply that it was about D-day. It is.

You said nothing about excluding hypotheticals. Now, keep your word and answer the question.
That is not about D-day. Trump has never been there and spoke at the cemetery. Your question has nothing to with the anniversary of d-day or any historical perspective at all.

It is directly about D-day. What do you think cheeto's feelings are about the U.S. soldiers who were captured/killed on this day?

“Today, we also mark another milestone, the 74th anniversary of D-Day,” Trump said, adding, “more than 70,000 brave young Americans charged out of landing craft, jumped out of airplanes and stormed into hell. They gave their hearts, their blood, and their very lives on the beaches to drive out the enemy and strike a lasting victory for our country and for freedom.”

The president commemorated at the anniversary while signing a bill opening up healthcare options for veterans. A white house statement touting the bill notes that it “provides $5.2 billion in mandatory funding for the Veterans Choice program until a new consolidated program is implemented, which provides veterans with flexibility to receive care at both Department of Veterans Affairs [VA] and private health facilities.”

Trump continued, “In every generation, there have been heroes like them. Patriots who answer the call to serve. Who do whatever it takes. Wherever and whenever we need them to defend America. They put everything on the line for us. When they come home, we must do everything that we can possibly do for them. And that is what we are doing.”

As a Paratrooper, June 6 is a big deal to me. My friends and I always get together to honor our heritage this day. Most of us grew up at Bragg, where every DZ is named after a WWII DZ.

Next year will be the 75th anniversary. I'm sure there will be a simultaneous mass attack on every single drop zone. If you like visiting battlefields or have an interest in military history you'd love watching a mass attack in person. I've been apart of them many times in the air, but I did see it once on the ground. The PsyOps of it all is gut-wrenchingly intimidating, let alone the hell that follows. I highly recommend watching a mass attack in person, it's just one of those experiences everyone should have. And it's free.

So you're saying he changed his views on them or he is lying, because that's not what he said about soldiers who were captured previously?
