Kendal wasnt ever questioned regarding the allegations. And he has been cleared for recruiting violations by the NCAA.

Never said he was questioned but he was on the staff... comes with baggage.

If you think just being on the staff is baggage then you need to tell the NCAA and the Baylor BOG because both entities cleared him and the staff except for Art Briles
