Liberalism, because it's tough out there

I'd welcome a real discussion on here with a liberal about why we need liberal ideas. Since we don't have anything, I thought about what they might talk about.

How we need welfare, giveaways, and pity parties to help people along who can't quite make it now. Sad tales of woe. People who have fallen on hard times.

Give me some examples of these people. All I ever see are stupid bums wanting more money for beer and dog food. They bum with their dogs on all the exit ramps.
