Not exactly what I meant. Tossing a few a bone would not be so bad right? Some, like myself missed the grand sale a week or so ago.
Honestly, at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if we extend Huff. There’s been enough misdirection & fakes left, fakes right to make a talented OC jealous! Rumors from So Miss fans have gone eerily quiet……
It's not like he got pushed out. The guy took another job. He was all set to be USM's coach this week, but we ended up beating JMU.
After watching his pre SBCC game presser, I will have to give Huff credit. You’d never know a change is in the works by his comments/demeanor….

He was being pushed out when everyone and their brother wanted him fired two years ago because… gasp… he got upset at Bowling Green. A game that cost us nothing. Meanwhile a former coach with an nfl qb lost in the same place and cost us millions. But nary a word.
Everyone is getting what they want. And it may cost us a championship because of it.
Let's not ignore huff interviewing for jobs the second he got here. We should have publicly offered him an extension last year and forced him to turn it down.

Interviewing and being mentioned are two totally different things…..people get confused by his agent doing his job along with a coach winning games (which leads to name getting out there) as coach on the phone interviewing….

Maybe so but every damn job shows he wanted out. His agent wouldn't do it without huffs say so
It tells me he never fully wanted to be here. I get wanting to move on to bigger and better because of success but he showed from the get go that he didn't want to be in Huntington. He was looking for the first train out of town.
Not what he said at the pregame pressor on Tues or Wed? He said he wanted to coach here for another 6 years.
Stadium is under renovation and fans can’t sit on the visiting side. Looks terrible on tv.

Chapman, too, for that matter. Kid has stepped up second half of the season. Would love to keep him next year.
I think he knocked the bone connecting his right collarbone into multiple pieces.
