Im betting that Huma probably likely wasnt on this computer very much like she states, HOWEVER she was probably on it enough to be on her email enough to where Weiner could log into her account. Being a Pervert, he likely had the back up plan fo getting black mail material in case his Dick was ever in a vice over his pervertedness (like now) and then use that info to soften his own blow while selling out his wife and Hillary in process with a plea deal. That would also explain The "Life Insurance" folder we have heard about.

now that the Feds have his PC he may have a "golden ticket". it would be pretty hardcore (even for the Clinton's) to make him disappear now...

i think the nature of his crimes also lends to how cooperative he is being with the FBI. nothing less forgiving behind bars than harming kids... living the rest of your days in witness protection looking over your shoulder is a better deal than what he gets in the slammer...
