Defense playing its ass off since the first two drives... We need to help them out by scoring some kind of points
We can’t throw the ball down field more than 2 yards because Wells will over throw it by 10 yards. Or just simply fall down.
Wells gets the first down that never happens. But… hey this is the same guy that tried to spike the ball on 4th down earlier this year. Nice guy? Maybe. Smart on the football field? Nah.
Huff can say all the nice things about Wells he wants, and take the blame for every INT... But at the end of the day, he watches the games too. There's no chance he is happy with Wells' play.

Defense has been good... Special teams solid... Running game excellent...
There is no reason to try another downfield pass unless we are behind with less than 4 mins to go... We are having our way up front and Ali is the best player on the field.
In fairness, their fans are saying the same thing on their board... Everyone on the planet knew that was a cheap shot. Except for the La. assistant coaches apparently.
I understand we have absolutely 0 faith in Grant wells to do ANYTHING right now. But can we run a counter? Put Gaines in the backfield? Something? We keep running the zone read, and since Wells went out of bounds 3 yards short of an easy first down it’s pretty obvious that he’s not pulling it on that zone read. So essentially it’s a stretch play every time.
Our whole entire offensive coaching staff needs fired...
A QB that was mentally checked out from the start, a staff that couldn't deal with that, and possibly the worst secondary in twenty years....I don't know what to even say or think anymore.
Damn another 4th quarter collapse. Image if the offense had played as well as the defense.
