good lord, pat fitzgerald has made some bonehead play calls in this game, especially going for it on 4th down on own 39.........but, i gotta say, I honestly believe this year’s herd could have beaten UK, especially if we played like we did against nc state

Mighty aTm gets boat raced by little old Wake the smallest P5 school.

UK almost got a good win, NW a much better team.

I’m sure the sec will get back on track quickly.

IMO Kentucky got hosed on multiple bad calls. I am not particularly a UK fan but I was interested in the game.

I’m sure the sec will get back on track quickly.[/QUO. Go Alabama. GD the sec will always be one of the best conferences if not the best conference most years. Cant you see its the weaker programs getting better. Texas AM is not a true sec team. Bad coaching at a few of the larger programs. You get a bunch of 4 and 5 star players and that doesnt mean wins if the coaches dont develop the players.

From what can be seen from the replays I have to agree with you.

I would forgot too after duke blew a big lead to lose the national title for the second tine to the mighty cats. Made up for the 92 loss. 92-88 ky behind goose givins with 44 points in 78 or 79.James Lee Rick Robey Mike Phillips Kyle Macy were all very good.

That ‘78 team was really really good. I more enjoyed watching the ‘66 team because they played so gracefully as a team but of course they fell short against TW.

That ‘78 team was really really good. I more enjoyed watching the ‘66 team because they played so gracefully as a team but of course they fell short against TW.

I was only 6 in 66 and back then all i knew were the pittsburgh pirates and the wv mountaineers.

Nothing you or I did for you to brag your much older. Lol. I barely knew anything about ky other than my new grandpa had a son who played for them. So in reality i had more connections to uk at the age of 6 than u did. Billy Ray and grandpa had season tickets courtside until grandpa died. I got to go to maybe 4 or 5 games in the old gym. That gym now is still great. I think the mens team should play a game there every year.
