no help with seating

I cannot believe that we can't get some "ushers" (or someone) to help fans (home and visitors) find their seats at the Joan! Biggest crowd in several years for Lville and people are walking around like zombies trying to find their seats? Then during the game fans like to stand at tunnel entrance and watch game from there - never mind the people in their correct seats not able to see....

they're not really users though, are they? they're security.

anyway, of the dozens and dozens of stadiums/arenas/whatever i've been too over the years, the joan has the easiest seating arrangement.
