Sounds like Chief Justice Roberts disagrees:

"For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision," Roberts said in the statement. "The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose."

And impeachment of a judge is a constitutional process so Robert's can stfu. If he had any balls he'd start calling out ALL of the bullshit happening at the district court level with both sides judge shopping
 
First, Roberts is right. That is what the appellate process is for. Second, the issuance of one opinion is NOT a basis for impeachment. Judge's get shit wrong all the time and are reversed. Now, if the forum-shopping dems start going to this guy all the time to get favorable decisions and he's enjoining POTUS right and left on things he knows are wrong, then you might have an argument. Third, they don't have the votes to actually remove the guy, so it would be a complete waste of time.

Honestly, I'm split. This was the act of an activist judge, and if they don't get a handle on it, they'll just keep doing it and clog things up..
 
Imagine a judge with no jurisdiction telling the Chief executive of the country he doesn’t have the power to conduct foreign policy as the constitution deems. That is where we are. Talk about a constitutional crisis.
