To me the other big loser in this election is the media.. Why ever believe a single word of their jabber again. it is sickening.

I only watch it for the production value, and that is severely lacking compared to what it was when I was a kid. I'm talking professional looking and sounding middle aged to elderly people. Now you've got horrible voices and half the people look goofy, too.

Hell, if I want goofy sounding and goofy looking I'll go talk to myself in the mirror and save the cable money.

Well we didnt have anybody to vote for and now since trump won they say folks that voted for trump are uneducated racist with tolerance problems. Therefore I type out kinda of a rant directed towards liberals.Dont get on please because my wife voted for trump and I walked around with the baby and did not vote. I have family who would literally disown me if I voted for trump and mom would die if I voted for hillary. My wifes 800 dollar a month insurance for 6500 deductable sent her to the polls for only her second time to vote against obama care and Hillary who would just keep going down the same path. I watched that movie about jesse ownes. Okay some liberals think trump is hitler and will start rounding black, mexicans, muslims that are criminals and gays. I dont think for a second but what if he did. That would explain the craziness of the protesters, they think they are stopping hitler trump. Well if trump actually tried that i will use one of trumps own statements. Maybe those 2nd amendment boys will have something to say. If trump turned out to be another hitler, hopefully he would take one right in the head. Right here all that crap doesnt affect us one bit and Im glad. No muslims to worry about. their are gay folk but they keep there affection behind closed doors. We have one black family in this town and we all love them. Seen a few mexicans but I like them ol boys. They work their asses off and are not taking anybody's job. People say you need to get out and see the world. I have been all over the us and I want to avoid all the crap. With a very bad lung I dont think I can get a lung transplant. Before I said i will just let nature take its course but guys I love my grandson more than I can say and I wanna be around and I dont wanna die. My above post was just stupid but kinda true. Put your faith in the lamb not the elephant or the donkey. Guys right or wrong i pour my heart to you all. I never want to lose a friend over an election. I think some people want that. We could have a civil war.

I did this election. I went to the polls to exercise my rights in a free country. But I voted for no one for presidency. Then I left the polls and went about my business as usual, occasionally checking in on the Internet to be entertained by those who believe that a vote could actually change their life more than they can themselves. And from time to time I get to enjoy such morsels as people claiming to strap guns to themselves to protect them in the fictitious revolution going down in their minds. I mean...who can buy such entertainment?

Sis...you covered a lot of ground on that post. But listen...express you opinion the way you want. If I or others disagree take it with a grain of salt. It isn't worth getting upset about.

Oh no I didnt get upset. I just dont want to make any enemies on here. Im a racist is what they tell me on here. Well all I can say if a person was in trouble and needed help regardless of sex,race.or anything else I would help them any way I could especially somewhat black. Why? You are wrongly minimizing what the government can do. The stated policy of a presidential candidate gets them elected, or not. People choose based on that policy, right or wrong. That vote that doesn't change anyone's life? Ask the dead guys and gals that went to war in Iraq, ask those who were bailed out during the last recession, or those who lost everything, etc. You stated you'd voted for something like the last 8 elections and voted republican every time. And then when trump runs, a man you know is not qualified to hold the highest office in the land, you do a cop out and don't vote for either candidate. Your declaration of not having an ideology is again shown to be false.

Hillary is part of a political machine that claims to be for the little guy, yet is so beholden to big money that it is almost embarrassing that people believe she is for them. I'm not minimizing anything. I know that people have to do things for themselves. But few if any that volunteered for the military signed up to die in an unnecessary war. Home builders didn't sign up for a housing bubble burst, and workers didn't just quit working, they lost their jobs, and homes, and their future economic hopes. Votes count. Who you vote for counts. And no, you can't hide behind your assertion that hillary as a candidate "represents everything I despise in politics" after voting for the republicans in the last 8 elections. Won't hold water. So, yeah, ideology.
