But that's not what Herdmeister said. He didn't say that Penava couldn't get bigger while at Marshall. He said that if having to go to class, do work, etc., Penava couldn't work on his body and nutrition AS MUCH as if he had that as his only focus. And that makes complete sense.

Look, this is a very interesting situation considering the family has money to let him train for a year and that is one side of the story. The other side of the is he could have trained on the hoops team, played, and got another year experience then done the same training out west but just being bigger, stronger, and more experienced after the season. Its a personal decision and he did what was best for he and his family

I didn't post an opinion on the subject. I was simply correcting '429's rebuttal of Herdmeister's post.

First, I have degrees from both schools. Second, I was just pointing out the two schools of thought in regards to this topic. The first thought was to go the path the family chose or go the second choice of playing another year and getting bigger and stronger then he still has the same option to sit all next yr with a trainer in CA. Its a family decision. I just find it interesting they took the first path (its what he thought was best for him). I hope he makes it.

Now, Im not sure what I said that needed for you to call someone an idiot in what I posted. I was just pointing out his two choices which one was you commented on and the other was staying. This is not baseball! Btw, you never told me if you played for Dave Piepenbrink?

You're posting on a Marshall message board claiming to be a fan of the Herd with a name of "AllEers." If you can't see why that makes you an idiot, then it proves your claim that you really did get a wvu education.

What you fail to understand is that I didn't give an opinion on this, hence me calling you out for your post attempting to refute what you claimed was my opinion. My post was simply pointing out the straw man that was used against Herdmeister's post.
