I had not heard his version. I always associated it with Johnny Russell, Hank does a really nice job on it.

Sometimes I get sad about not being able to listen to that stuff anymore. I still know all about it, but for some reason I get bad rage.

I think it was because she didn't like it. She said country music singers sounded like they all had shit in their mouths. I'm hooked on pop music now. The stuff probably makes me nervous and crazy.

Maybe one day I'll relax again with the good old dead hicks I used to enjoy. I couldn't even make it through that song I posted though. Not all the way without voices screaming at me to turn it off.
