Child support checks, EBT food cards, housing assistance, WIC, Medicaid health benefits, free school breakfasts and lunches, lower standards for college entrance exams, Diversity training (so you don't get your feelings hurt), Diversity hiring (so unqualified blacks can get hired), lowered teaching standards so black kids can pass grade levels....

Sure, racism still exists in very small pockets, but it's not keeping blacks on a plantation. FFS, the POTUS is a black man. Quit acting like a victim and you'll stop being a victim.
Racism exists in way more than small pockets. The same people that overwhelmingly voted for the white woman in 2008 over the black man, are the same people who may give a white man the nod this year over that same white woman.

Honestly my following statement has nothing to do with race but I would tell any young person coming up and entering the work force that if you work hard and stay focussed you will automatically beat half your competition these days. Why? Half the competition is weak minded.

Half the crowd wants to play the victim, blame the man, look for a handout, and does not want to work their way up and will settle for less waiting on someone to save them. They are waiting on some politician to help them and some blame something that happened two hundred years ago.

In the 2008 democratic primary, of the 20% of West Virginians who admitted race played an important factor in their vote, 80% of that group voted for the white woman over the black man. Now that's just the ones who admitted it. How big a difference did that make in the voting results? Instead of Clinton winning by 41 points, she would have won by 9 points.
