Rifle, are you a runner?

I'm not, other than doing beer runs, and occasionally a Skoal run.

This is a good place to run if you like running through the Appalachian mountains. Lots of different runs to choose from. They have the gay 5k next weekend, and even have another race coming up where they allow you to run in your underwear. Personally, if I were a runner, I'd opt to run that one totally naked, possibly consider a jock strap to keep the granddaddy long leg tucked away.

I figure Rifle won’t be running, biking, or working out anymore. Just read an article by a columnist who wrote that people who exercise and stay fit are more likely to lean conservative.

Not a single time in my career. I either hit a home run so I could jog, walked (so I could walk and not run), or purposely got out so I didn’t have to run.
