No. Why does a known and acknowledged issue in the region have to be discussed continually? There has not been one single person on the board that hasn't acknowledged Putin as the single biggest issue. It's a known. The topic involved other players and reasons. NATO's policy also another large reason.

Based on Ukraine's corruption and strategic relationship with Russia, Ukraine should not have been considered or discussed for NATO membership.
