Skip has a life sentence - without parole. He is in prison for kidnapping.

Georgia has a 3 strikes policy. If convicted of 3 felonies, you don't get out.

Yes W-S it truly is a shame and a waste of his life. You can actually look him up through the Georgia Department of Corrections - James Henderson (there are several James). Sadly he has a long list of previous offenses.
