Yes - thankfully this is the United States of America. Where institutions exist designed to maintain and defend our democratic political system.

Why only focus on Socialist dictators? I don't believe Hitler or Mussolini were...or Franco. Genghis Khan sure as hell wasn't....and neither were the Caesars. The European monarchy - nope. How about the Japanese Emperor? Or those dictators in South America...and banana republics...or yeah they aren't socialist. Perhaps most dictators lean to the far right.
